How to book an HBO session?

Please call the Centre on 0115 950 5991

Initially you will be invited to come and meet us, it’s important that you see the chambers before committing yourself to a treatment plan. 

You will then be asked to advise your GP of your intentions (forms are included in the joining pack) and you will also be asked to complete a treatment consent form. As soon as we have received your paperwork it’s a simple process of scheduling your initial assessment and HBO sessions.

In order to have treatments and use our facilities and equipment we ask that you join the Centre as a Member. The current cost of a single membership is £15.00 per year [£20 joint]

The cost for a sports club to join is £50 per year after which any of their members will qualify for treatments.

How much does it cost?

We recognise the high cost of disability, hence through our fundraising activities, we are able to heavily subsidise the costs involved in having HBO.

We are a registered charity; hence all sessions are paid for by voluntary contributions. The recommended level of contribution is £10 per session. 

For people with multiple sclerosis it is advised that they start with a treatment plan of 15 sessions in up to a month. We appreciate that this initial course requires a high level of outlay therefore the cost of the initial treatment plan of 15 sessions is £7.50 per session. 

The real cost for a single HBO session is a great deal more than this.

Treatments for Sports Injuries are £25 per session.
